Hi Joy,
Sorry about the roller coaster ... sometimes it is quite something, isn't it? Right now I am watching the fire some in California ... I don't usually but it is so scary!! And of course some of the bloggers are effected!
But I try to cherish any good days ... it has been hard for me too lately!!
I think this image is great! And so many of the messages are uplifting.

What I love about this page is it speaks to the way sadness and vulnerability seem to be partners. My sadness for another person opens me up raw. But I feel more human for it.
